New Apartments For Rent!
Three new apartments are now available in the Township's Bartles House, Located at 400 Fisher Road. Each apartment is a one bedroom unit with kitchen, bath, living room and laundry facilities. Two apartments are available on the first floor and one apartment is available on the second floor.

Apartments will only be available to income qualified applicants. The ranges of income are:
VERY LOW INCOME
$20,307.00 per year single - $21,758.00 per couple

MODERATE INCOME
$54,152.00 per year single – $58,020.00 per couple

All rent will be based on gross income. Applications are available from Randy Benson at the Tewksbury Township Administration Building located at 169 Old Turnpike Road, Califon, NJ 07830 during normal business hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Directions to 400 Fisher Road:
From Exit 24 on Route 78 proceed north on Route 523 approximately 1 mile to Bartles Farm Road on left. Turn onto Bartles Farm Road and proceed to end. Turn left onto Fisher Road and house is on right.

No pets will be allowed and applicants will be responsible for their own transportation as no public transportation is available. Please contact Randy Benson, at 908-439-0022, Ext. 730 with any questions.
Rental Waiting List
The Affordable Housing Board maintains a list of prospective tenants for apartments available to people of Low or Moderate Income. To be included on the waiting list, the total income of all household members 18 years of age or over, residing within the household, must fall within the Low or Moderate Income Limits below.

Rehabilitation Funds
GET IN ON THE ACTION!
To date, Tewksbury Township has rehabilitated 13 houses, which are occupied by low or moderate income qualified families. Costs of individual rehabilitation projects have ranged from $5000 to $30,000 for a total of approximately $193,000. This program has a target of at least $8000 per dwelling.

To qualify for the program, the total gross income of every household member 18 years or older, must fall within the Low or Moderate income guidelines below:
