Rental Waiting List
The Affordable Housing Board maintains a list of prospective tenants for apartments available to people of Low or Moderate Income. To be included on the waiting list, the total income of all household members 18 years of age or over, residing within the household, must fall within the Low or Moderate Income Limits below.

Rehabilitation Funds

To date, Tewksbury Township has rehabilitated 13 houses, which are occupied by low or moderate income qualified families. Costs of individual rehabilitation projects have ranged from $5000 to $30,000 for a total of approximately $193,000. This program has a target of at least $8000 per dwelling.
To qualify for the program, the total gross income of every household member 18 years or older, must fall within the Low or Moderate income guidelines below:

actively seeking applicants for this program. If you meet the above requirements, and are an owner/ occupant of a house needing rehabilitation, or if you agree to rent a house you own, needing rehabilitation, to a Low or Moderate income family, e-mail the
